Raintree Lake HOA Meeting Minutes - October 2023

The scheduled meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Association was held on the seventeenth day of October ,2023 at the clubhouse . The gathering commenced promptly at 18:30 hours with Chairman, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the assembled board members.

Suggested Amendments to Raintree Lake HOA Bylaws

The Raintree Lake Homeowners Association shall be presenting numerous proposed amendments to the current bylaws at the upcoming monthly meeting on August 2nd. These proposed changes aim to address diverse matters raised by residents, including improvement of noise ordinances, and strengthening of community guidelines. Dear Residents,

This is raintree lake homeowners association to inform you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are excited/implementing several new initiatives designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Starting on the coming weeks, we will be implementing a revised schedule our landscape maintenance routine. This includes weekly trimming of grass areas and installation of new trees. Our dedicated team is focused on delivering exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
